Trade spams should be addressed as a whole and not just offer a temp solution by adding a green item merchant.

I agree its kinda annoying having unwanted greens, but people would just buy them instead of going out to aquire them, not to mention the prices would rocket with people buying large amounts to give to there heros.

Not everyone has the time and patience so sell their unwanted greens.
A trader for green weapons would be the so wanted trade improvement. There would be an official price for it, and convenience would make people be more economically active. We all know someone can still earn more profit selling them to players, as most do with materials and dyes, by selling for a price between the trader's buy price and the trader's sell price.
Put a trader for Weapon Upgrades/Inscriptions, and voila, I would be the happiest person in the world.
I never understood why armor upgrades have traders and the rest not.
Consider the game population is spread among 4 continents and countless instances and districts, manually selling items is very ineffective and inacurrate (breach for unrealistic price scamming) and requires a player to have specific qualities if he wants to be rich, I don't have them, so am I bound to be poor making my mere subsistence by selling things for ridiculous prices to merchants? Runes and armor upgrades are what actually allow me to have enough money to buy keys. Salvaging weapon inscriptions and upgrades is not worth it to me, because it requires manual selling.
There are auction sites, true, but that will require me to go off-game to sell an in-game item and will need time to end, with no guarantee of selling. A trader would end all these problems.
Human interaction will still exist, for those that want it. There are material and rune traders around, yet there are still people selling materials and runes around, and they are getting more profit than those directly selling to the trader, perfectly fair.
A green weapon being worth 50g is ridiculous
